Diane E. (Wells) Wheeler

Diane E. (Wells) Wheeler, 58 of Worth Township, Jackson Center, passed away on July 5, 2021 at AHN Grove City. Diane was born in Mercer on October 5, 1962 to the late Cecil J and Christina M. (Fisher) Wells. She was a graduate of Lakeview High School and went on to Slippery Rock University to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in both Business Administration/Accounting, and Elementary Education. She worked as a teacher at St. Gregory Elementary School in Zelienople and later as a Tax Professional at H&R Block. She enjoyed her professions and going to H&R Block conventions. Diane enjoyed playing canasta with her family and Pokémon GO with her late sister, Phyllis. She enjoyed watching Soaps with her husband and shopping. She loved owls, singing and getting the opportunity to travel with her family. She was a cat lover, enjoying her beloved cats Callie, Patches, and Squeaker, and her grandcat Stanley. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Diane married her husband Timothy Wheeler on November 4, 1995, he survives at home. She is also survived by her children Kaylyn Wheeler and fiancé Scott Campbell, Brandon Wheeler, and Brian Wheeler all of Jackson Center, Elizabeth Musfi and husband Jad of Erie, and Nick Fisher and fiancé Katie of Jackson Center, grandchildren Anakin and Amicia Fisher, and siblings James Wells and wife Linda, Richard Wells, and Susan Wells, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents Diane was preceded in death by her sisters, Phyllis and Patricia Wells. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc, 99 Franklin Street, where family and friends are welcome from 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm on Thursday, July 8, and from 12-1 pm on Friday July 9.
