Karen Walter Obituary

Karen Walter, 55 of Pine Twp, Grove City, passed away on June 21, 2021 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh. Karen was born in Grove City on February 26, 1966 to the late Clyde R. and Ruth Anne (Whitesell) Walter. She was a graduate of Grove City High School and worked for First National Bank as well as the Print Shop for Intermediate Unit – 4 in Grove City for many years. Karen was a member of Scotch Hill Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed painting and spending time with her dogs and cats. She enjoyed camping with her significant other and traveling to several different camping destinations. Most of all she was known for her love of skydiving, having the opportunity to do so often. Karen is survived by her son, Justin Minor and fiancé Lacie Bagnall of Grove City, significant other John Nicklin of Grove City, sister Cheryl Karns and husband Dan of Grove City, nephews Bobby and Steve Karns, and aunt Vicki Patterson Whitesell. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. Stoneboro & Sandy Lake.
